Mondays-Thursdays $1,500
Fridays and Saturdays $2,500
Sundays $2,200
Rental Fee includes: tables, chairs, set up and breakdown
We hire Security for special events. This is included in the rental fee.
Bring in your own vendors or select from a list of local vendors HERE.
Security Deposit $500
This will hold your date. This is refundable.
Insurance:
We require a certificate of insurance naming North Ranch Center as additional Insured for the day of your event.
Hours of Rental:
Sun-Thurs:
All music must be off at 10:00pm
Room must be cleared and all vehicles off premise by 11:00pm
Fri/Sat:
All music must be off at 10:30pm
Room must be cleared and all vehicles off premise by 11:30pm
